So, Mr jin develop the empty hole drill and make the hole punching and binding by plastic strips . The first machine is model 800 in our current catalogue.This is a revolution  in China .This is First paper hole puncher in China and is widely used by account ,bank ….. Supu got the first patent on it in 1995 .

At that time ,Mr jin found the comb binding machine on the market only can punch 15 sheets  and there is No  binding machine made in China So decide and start to design and produce the comb binding machine  . 

Electric comb binding machine which can punch 25 sheets each time was produced successfully in 1997 ,  This is  first Electric comb binding machine  in China .

In 1999 year ,SUPU focus on producing perfect binder ,it is a revolution at that time and “demand “ more than What SUPU can produce. Distributor waiting in SUPU for products overnight  .
